Do you recognize this lion? Yes, this event was at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. Mr. Lion is dressed very appropriately for the party - a bright red cape! Here come the matadors.
This event is the Promise Gala for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, or JDRF.
There was delicious food as well as wonderful silent auction items.
Jim and I had so much fun with these Spanish colors!
There were four different looks on each table. One of them was our rustic candlesticks with flowers, fruit, and of course a frosted candle.
Another look in the ballroom is the candelabra shown below. These are fairly new to our inventory and we love to use them!
I love these giant candelabras especially when they are draped with ivy.
We were so glad to be a part of such a great event and work with the amazing chairs (Pam White, Nancy Cason, and Mimi Heldman) who together with all of the donors raised over $550,000. To see more pictures of this event click here.
