Watkins Fundraiser

The Watkins College of Art and Design had a fundraiser on their campus to benefit their school.  Below is the cover of the invitation.

We drew inspiration from the colors that are apart of the Watkins brand.  Here is the arrangement that greeted guests as they first arrived to the event.

It is always important to place flowers in the women's restroom.

Here is the entrance to the tent before everything was set up.  We created a frame for the tent out of PVC pipe.  Creating the entrance was a fun project and the finished product looked best at night!

Then we wrapped lights, orange deco mesh, and branches around the PVC piping.

We created a tree out of branches for each side of the stage and wrapped each of them with lights from head to toe.

Now, we cannot take credit for the rest of these pictures.  The centerpieces were created by students and other volunteers.  Everyone was given a paint bucket to decorate and fill with flowers.  Jim and I loved all of the creativity and detail that they put into each design.

How fun are all of the buckets?!? At the end of the night, each bucket was auctioned off to a happy guest.
